fipsGallery is Image Gallery / Portfolio Management as easy as can be: Present Photographers / Artists with their Work, show your Photographs and the Photographs of your Family and Friends. You can have unlimited Artists (Members) and of course unlimited Categories for each Artist.
The System is easy to handle and has secure web based Areas for Administrators and for the Artists (separated). All Data is stored in a MS Access Database (MS Access not needed). The Images can be uploaded via Script at the Admin Area - there is no need for an FTP Program.
The Application is "multilingual" for Visitors - 8 Languages are included already. Descriptions of Images and Info about the Artist can be edited in WYSIWYG Mode.

ADMINISTRATION AREA
- Photographers / Artists: Add, edit and delete Artists. Each Artist can be stored with Name, Address, eMail, Homepage, additional Info and an Image.
- Categories: Each Category can have a Title, a short Description and an Image. You may add, edit and delete Categories.
- Images: Add Images to the Database - Image, Title, Description, Artist, Category. Of course you may edit this Data and delete Images from the Database.
- You can set Images as active or inactive - so they won’t be shown at the public Area.
- You may upload Images via Script - no need of an extra FTP Program. Images get a Prefix including Upload Foldername and Date/Time to avoid overwriting.
- You may define a "Top Image" which will be shown at the Start Page of the Gallery.
- Add up to two additonal Categories for the Image.
- Add Keywords to Images.
- Administration: -Administer other Administrators (add, edit, delete) and edit the Data file which defines the width of the Tables and the Size of the Images (Thumbnails, Detailed Preview, Zoom Image). Also make a Database Copy (Backup) or compact&repair the Database.
- Edit System Data: Mailserver data, Email, Image Widths, Paging Sizes etc.
